About HCRC
History and Client Profile
Human Capital Resource Center has been offering work behavior insights and leadership selection and development services for more than 10 years,
-
We advise organizations that typically have more than 500 employees and are dealing with the human challenges of the organizational cycle [growth, decline, rebuilding],
- Our clients are leaders of these organizations, high-potentials (HiPos) who are being prepared for leadership roles, venture capitalists who are investing in these organizations, and Human Resources (HR) professionals who are shepherding talent management strategies that support a corporate strategy.
Our clients appreciate our personal touch – we endeavor to establish deep, long- term relationships. We work with a few (no more than 20) client companies at a time so we can give them the personal touch they prefer and deserve.
Values and Philosophies
We provide thought leadership on talent management and leader development strategies and tactics. We pair high-quality intellectual skills with the ability to drive the transformation of ideas and theories into executable, results-oriented action.
We work tirelessly to help client companies enhance and grow their cultures. So we pledge to
-
Provide excellence in everything we do for our clients,
-
Partner with our clients in a shared mission to pursue excellence in everything we do,
-
Be honest and open in our dealings with clients – even when what we advise may be initially uncomfortable to us or to our clients.
Vision
We know that business leaders are admired and copied, and placed on pedestals when things are going well. They are also roundly condemned when problems surface. The problem with this reality is that, like the rest of us, leaders are human. They want to do well but they also have fears, concerns, disappointments, and regrets. The challenge is to create an organizational culture where leaders can perform at high levels – without pretending to be all-knowing, all-seeing, and non-feeling. And, for the people they lead to believe that their leaders act in the interest of the common good and understand their needs and aspirations. We want to help organizations build that kind of leadership culture.
